  <![CDATA[In this blog we will be exploring Consistent Excellence Masteries (Mastered Strategies).
<BR><BR>
Consistent Excellence Masteries are specific strategies which have a recurring "systematic cycle" or schedule in order to achieve a certain result.
<BR><BR>
An example would be people who want to build muscle.  There must be a recurring schedule to workout, eat and sleep.  If you only worked out "one-time", ate 3 times a day and slept 8 hours a night, do you think you would build much muscle?  No, of course not.  You must "repeat" the strategy in order to achieve consistent results.  This is all apart of Consistent Excellence Masteries.
